ACA Art Family WalkingThe new season means a new series of celebrations throughout the New Smyrna Beach area. Renowned for its thriving local arts scene, the community hosts a monthly Art & Artisan Stroll featuring a gallery walk that is a hit with families in the warmer months. Hosted the first Saturday of each month, the event takes place in the Canal District where you can peruse impressive works by local creatives while enjoying all the District has to offer. Throughout the Spring, the New Smyrna Beach Museum of History will also host outdoor history walks where families can learn more about the history of the community while enjoying beautiful weather and seeing important landmarks. For those on Spring vacations with little ones, The Marine Discovery Center hosts monthly Field Trips where kids can get up close and personal with the wildlife in the New Smyrna Beach Area. The center also offers a regular schedule of outdoor excursions perfect for the mild weather, including a Guided Kayak Tour, Full Moon Boat Tour, Outdoor Lectures and more.
